Well here is my prob... I cant seem to keep the waight off! I will lose waight but then it keeps on come-ing back. what do I do to keep it off? my boyfriend is a soccker player and he is toned to the max and I fill fat because I am not toned. so I have two things that I need help on. Reply from Kally, Age 17 - 06/08/04 - IP#: 24.119.177.xxx Hi there! i think that at the beginning of a diet, you have to eat good for at least a month, and STICK to it veryyyy strictly! thats what i've noticed in dieting! once you have your metabolism back down pat you can indulge sometimes and it wont screw up so drastically. Stick with it and you will see results!
