hey just yesterday i asked you guys is you think that i can loose 30lbs this summer. well i'm up to the challenge i hope to loose 2-3lbs a week (is that too much?) and to eat about 900 calories a day and to eat 5 different fruits and veggies a day. i'll post every week to say how i'm doing. if ya want to join me just post your stuff to. thanks for the encouragement. Shoot for around 1200 calories a day, that's the minimum anyone should have to maintain a healthy metabolism..otherwise your going to gain it back. I started that a couple days ago, i haven't lost anything drastic, but i feel a lot better about myself and i can feel my clothes fitting a little bit better. Good luck!

hey sounds good but i dont think its very healthy to do only 900 calories a day i think ur supposed to have at least 1000 since the normal is 2000

DONT EAT LESS THAN 1200 CALS A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS IMPORTANT TO ET ENOUGH CALS.....YOU COULD GET SICK IF YOU EAT TO LITTLE
