YAY im doing really well and am really motivated!! ok i ate this: B=1 kiwi l=chiken salad with ranch dressing, water d= i am goin to have 1-2 pieces of dominos pizza and some chiken kickers and for excercise today i had an hr worth of basketball summer practice so i did really well 160 for school here i come i hope to be there and that is only 19 pounds away i am sooo close i can almost fell it woooosh lol buhbye and good luck

i wouldve minused the ranch nd the pizza. u no one slice is lyk over 300 calories

god i ate 4 pieces of pizza damn i messed up bad at dinner i guess i am goin to have to do toning and go outside with my brother and play with him and his friends since they like to play outside but i can do this im still motivated

hey speed up your weight loss by eatting something more lower in cals for dinner than dominos pizza or chicken kickers.. too much grease! but your doing good.. congrats on how far you've made it already!
