I know sleep(which i definately don't get enough of) is important and a key concept of weight loss but does any one know what a reasonable ammont is for some one who is 12(nearly 13 and female? thanks

8 hourse is what most doctors reccomend. otherwise, ur eyes look droopy and stuff. good luck hon!
