kk i need sum help. i have bout 10 lbs i need to loose to be at my goal weight. does neone have ne ideas on how i could reach it??? i get these cravings whn im at home byself cuz i get soo bord evn whn i go outside which i try to evryday if weathers nice i get bord. neone got ne suggestions on how i could get rid of my last lbs?? thnx

also..you dont have to exersize either..its good to do..but i know that when i feel like eating the last thing i want to do is exersize...so you could do something else just to keep you away from the food..like read a book, call a friend, watch your favorite movie (no popcorn!!) or something else you enjoy..the best thing to do though is to just get outside..so you dont feel so trapped..taking walks are enjoyable if you dont do them for exersize and maybe sitting by the water or on a big rock and just thinking helps..just do something you enjoy..kk good luck..i know you can do it

if u dont walk or even if u do walk, u cud start walking a little more. that will help a lot. if u drink pop start drinking water instead. even crunches may help.
