Question for [Anne,Age 17] What Taebo tapes do you use? Do you use the same ones over and over? How long did you use them for? I'm asking because I get bored with exercise tapes easily. I used Walk Away the Pounds and already I've memorized Leslie Sansone's dialogue. Thanks! ~~MissyK~~

Reply from anne, Age 17 - 06/11/04 - IP#: 216.66.107.xxx i know exactly what you mean about getting bored and memorizing things with the same old exersize tape- that's why i've built up such a collection. i first started only having a ripped off copy of taebo live basic- which is still my favorite. then my mom ordered the original tae-bo workout- but the basic one in there is too easy and it's a real stretch to get the advanced done but i do it occasionally. then i went on to ebay and got the series that i've been using a lot lately- it's taebo live advanced(but you should get a basic tape and build up because advanced is actually- advanced!) volume1-4 and i love them. the basic tapes are 30 minutes long but the advanced are an hour and he changes moves a lot in the advanced. i recomend getting more then one tb tape but if i had to recomend two of them i'd say go for the taebo live basic and another taebo live advanced tapes because those are my favorites. my stepdad has taebo cardio(which i have yet to try because i've been doing live so much) and taebo flex(not as good as the other tapes) so- uh- i don't get bored- but obviously that would be really expensive to get those all at once! so if you're worried about boredom stick to the live series- billy's a lot more free moving in those, it's like he doesn't have a set schedule workout. good luck- i hope i helped...
