u know how pple say that everyone deserves or NEEDS to give ur body a day of resting time for ur body to function? Well, does taht only go for weight lifting? or does is also go for cardio exercises? So, If I did some kind of video exercises every other day, and walked or jogged the other days taht I dont do the videos, would that be okay? or would it interfere with the muscle growing or fat burning time? Thanx
