u know how pple say that everyone deserves or NEEDS to give ur body a day of resting time for ur body to function? Well, does taht only go for weight lifting? or does is also go for cardio exercises? So, If I did some kind of video exercises every other day, and walked or jogged the other days taht I dont do the videos, would that be okay? or would it interfere with the muscle growing or fat burning time? Thanx

hi! that would be great if you ddi taht every other day, but you should pick a day of the week you can give your body to rest then, say friday or sunday!!? :) Good luck!
