i'm getting so frusterated.. i've been doing everything right for like 2 weeks and this really isn't working.... i've been having 1400 cals a day or so , 8 glasses of h2o a day, low fat nutritious things, recommended daily activitiy... and now im trying to get rid of the night eatting, which i have been. Why aren't i losing... :(!!

hey if u run or walk keep your heart rate bettween 120 and 130 becasue when you go over that u start to burn carbs and not fat but keep trying i've been goin through the same thing!

**drinking 8 cups of H20 a day**---that might make u seem larger than u are when u weigh yourself, but itll o down after a while.

You might be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. Don't give up, you're doing a good thing!

You need more that two weeks. dont constantly weigh yourself. When you do, dont think, ugh, i only lost a pound, think... yea! I am on my way to a heathier me. and if you gain a pound or even a few... just say, ok, i can do this.... i know i can... and motivate yourself (not super mode, that can make it worse). Dont freak out though. its not worth the stress. youll get there.
