Ok, i really wanna loose weight this summer (at least 25-30lbs by end of august) but im not sure how too. i know eating healthy and exercizing but what foods should i eat too lose 30 lbs. in 2 1/2 months? help! i wannna start today!!!

im on the exact same goal is you!! keep in touch or something, good luck!! im trying the 1200 cal a day diet, so far i've done OKAY but nothign to brag about! cya!

Eat a lot of fruits. I really love yogurt and rice cakes for example breakfast. Just anything that is low in calories really. dont eat sweets or junk foods. Especially the ones that you might keep in the freezer. Dont eat too much bread either.
