Well i am doiung the weight watchers point system and if i try really hard i am able to go a few points nelow my given point value. is that ok? and if i do i am assuming i will lose weigt faster, yet i will still eat healthy

You want to use up those points because if you don't then you won't lose weight. You won't use ALL of them up.

Whatever you do, do NOT go under your points value. Believe it or not, you need to consume food in order to lose weight. I am on Weight Watchers also, so I know where you're coming from. You can even use your flex points. They wouldn't have them if it would cause people to gain. I hope I helped. Good Luck!
