Hey whats up! I'm Nicole!! .I'm like 4'10 and i weigh 118 :(. Can someone give me some good tips or techniques so that i can loose weight to get to 105 pounds? please help me !! i really need ur help before i get really heavy becuase at the rate i'm going im going to gain lots of weight and im supposed to weigh under like 108 pounds so i want to reach 105!PLEASE HELP ME !I love you if u help me :) and im tired of everybody makin fun of my weight and i need your help because im gaining like a pound a week practically ! i 2 exercise machines at my house - bike machine , stepper machine . how much should i do daily /weekly>?

Hey, I'm 4'11" and weigh 118. My advice is to drink lots of water, exercise daily for 30 mins or more (those workout machines will help u a lot),and eat healthy well balanced meals.(ie: veggies & fruits) no junk food! It's extremely important to NOT skip meals. It will only hurt u if u do that. Anyways, hope I've helped! The best of luck to u!! =D
