Reply from JS, Age 12 - 06/15/04 - IP#: 148.167.126.xxx you can eat after 6 pm. like, if your going for a walk, and you hungry, grab some fruit. the whole dont eat ANYTHING idea isnt to correct, but the idea not to have meals or big snacks is right.also, try getting those big water containers that say "contians recocmmeded dayly water asmount"or somthin, fill them up with water, and be sure to finsh the contianer EVERY DAY.good luck!
