hi! okay.. i know i've talked a lot about this but i ahve a quick questin.. if i stick to my 1200 calorie a day diet with nutritious things, and excersize about 45 min a day at the gym with combined cardio and weights, and drink 8 glasses of water a day, do you think i can lose 25-30 lbs by August?
