yesterday i did taebo, i was so proud, and then i did something so stupid i had lowfat pringles and two pieces of pizza, it was like i had to undo the good, how can i stop that

just simply tell yourself, this food isnt worth it. post pictures of thin pretty people whereever u eat, and use it as a reminder.

How can you stop that? I think you need a good kick in the arse. If you dont want to stay fat or undo the good, then DONT EAT THE FAT. Its elementary.

also- find neat tricks, like instead of a couple hundred calories of icecream i get heavey cool whip and freeze it for a lot less calories...

Before you give into cravings, drink a lot of water and try to do something else. Get away from the scene of the crime err... kitchen. If you're still craving, try a small amount. A good idea is to put it in a container first then close the bag and put it away. Don't give up. Everyone has times like these. You can do it!

just tell yourself that it's not worth it. your better then to give in to your cravings. keep reminding yourseld that you won't get to where you want to be if you keep doing that...
