Hi, i am 5'6 and 290 pounds. I know i am supposed excercise and eat right and stuff like that (which i do most of the time), but what are OTHER ways to loose weight(besides dieting)?
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 06/15/04 - IP#: 216.66.107.xxx other then doing a lot of cardio? put some green tea into your diet, drink more water and change your lifstyle eating habits bit by bit. just make smarter decisions. like, ok- this might sound funny but get some heavey cool whip and keep it frozen and eat that instead of icecream- it's way less calories and carbs and other things. find things like that to do so it doesn't feel like you're restricting yourself. find exerszies that you really like to do like dancing to your fav. tunes or taebo or walking around town with friends...just find more fun solutions...
