hey i need comments i started the atkins diet today all i know about it drink only water and have only up to 20 carbs a day.. and i do excersice.. i run and swin like laps.. i weight 150 and want to weight about 110 by september.. please comment and give advise and tell me if its possible

remember with the cheese, some people forget u cant have whey cheese, so be CAREFUL.

if you want something sweet go for the cool whip and the morning start bars are really good and healthy and both only have 2 g of carbs but the bars have 6g of fiber which you need on the diet because usually you get that from fruits and veggies. eat mainly green veggies and avacados are great too. when you're looking at low carb options make sure tha they're high in fiber and protien and have added vitamins in them. you might also want to consider taking a multivitamin llike one a day weight smart so you're not lacking anything...

hey i really don't believe in that diet because it put one of my best friends grandparents in the hospital i personally watch what i eat and if i want to sit down at home i do ten jumping jacks and if i want to lie down i run in place for 10 seconds and do 10 jumping jacks.
