Anyone know what a good breakfast is to have? I get bored of cereal and I don't know what to put on toast, because butter and peanut butter is kinda bad. And so is jam, full of sugar.

the best cerals are the unsweatedened bags of whole grain ceral u get in the nautrul section of a department store. thier great becuase they only have 1-3 ingredtians, so u know EXACTLY whats in them, unlike kids cerals u cant even PRONOUNCE some of the ingreditans.

you have to be careful with cereals i've discovered that even if they claim to be healthy they still can have some sugar in them..

i dont reccomened ensure i recommened PEDIASURE, wich is for kids.(its ages 1-10, but i still like it)

Ensure can be for everyone, especially if they're not able to eat much solid food at the time. It's like slimfast.

js- you are strange, recommending ensure(which is old people food) and baby food to people. why not slimfast and no sugar added applesauce? or how about just the fruits themselves without all of those preservatives?!

another good breakfast, is, belive it or not, baby food. its accully very filling, and low cal, and most baby foods are no sugar added.

try sugar free jam. its like, 10 cal a serving.normally, its like 70-100cal.

Oatmeal..its 2 servings of starch and it fills you up. Sometimes i can go a whole morning and not even fill hungry when it is lunchtime if i start the day with two packets of oatmeal. If you dont like the idea of eating something that sometimes can come out looking like glue. Just add more water! Or put it on a peice of bread with no sugar added jelly.

You can get zero cal. spray butter and have a controled portion of peanut butter or get sugar free jam only 10 cal. a tbsp.! and you don't even need that much you need like two tsp.!
