Can someone please help me? I'm 5'7 & every scale I go says I weigh something different. I really dont know what my true weight is but it's between 143-153. Everyone tells me I look like I weigh 115 lbs,and that I'm skinny, but I think there just being nice. I previously was bulimic and lost around 30 lbs from it. Can someone please tell me how much weight I should lose and how to boost my self esteem? Thx

you should go to slimkids.com type in your height and put in any weight and it'll tell you how much you are suppost to weigh, Good Luck!

the first step is to find a little self love. May i reccomend the book skinny woman are evil by monique and less dwelling on weight. Just remember you are the only one that can make you love yourself. next step is to study up on diets. Find one that fits your lifestyle find one that wont make you feel tortured. a heathly diet is the way to go. Dont hurt yourself with belimia and other harmful eating disorders. Youre better than that. Now regarding the issue with your weight i never know my exact numbers. I try not to pin it down to the exact number as long as you know the range you are fun. I know from expeirence that if you worry about numbers too much they will drive you insane. Good luck to you! Dont give up
