Hey everyone I weigh 161 pounds and i would really like it if some one could plz tell me how i could lose like 30 pounds in 3 months. I've been trying to look for something that would work for me, but i haven't seen anything. so could u plz help me.Thanks,stacey

That is a good goal! Do not eat very much junk food. You should have one day that you do not follow your diet. Everyday eat fruits, vegetables, LEAN meat, and other foods that are low in fat and calories. Eat like 100 calories of food that is bad for you a day, I read somewhere that 100 calories will not interfere w/ your weight loss. Eat less than 2000 calories a day. And exercise A LOT! You should find a friend to do this w/ b/c you can excercise together and it won't seem like hard work. My mom excercises w/ me b/c she is losing weight too. Hope I Helped!!

Picking a plan really depends on what you want to sacrifice. Some people give up carbs, or fat, or take the time to write down all the calories they are eating. Whats works for me is eating healthy, reasonable portions of all food groups (even fat, i get 3 fat servings a day, drinking loads of water, and trying to do atleast one exercise thing a night whether it be a richard simmons tape or 30 minutes on the gazelle.
