~~~~~~H-E-Y~~~~~~ LISEN UP EVERYONE...... u wanna lose weight and its hard for you, start out like this.... drink lots and lots of water. i mean its hot these days anyways so carry a water bottle with you, it feels you up more quickly so by the time u wanna eat your half ways full, and plus water gives you nice skin... i tried it already for 2 weeks its working perfect, im even losing around 5 pounds (if not more a week) cause this way u eat less, and so it gets better everyday.
