Heres a new diet that me and my sister are gonna try next week! All you eat for 3 days is watermelon and water NOTHING ELSE you have to be really strict with your self then you eat really healthy for 1 or 2 days and then for 3 days eat only watermelon and water. It flushes out all your fat so it works really good.

well, for one thing, watermellon doesnt contian essential nutriants we need, and second, its not very filling, so you problly end up eating 3000 cal a day. 3rd, it has alot of carbs, so it will also put a cramp on your weight loss. what u will lose is water weight.
but. its your choice, so, good luck.

just to tell u, watermelon is 97% water, so u def. aren't getting enough nutrients. but if u really want to lose weight u can try but u'll only lose water weight because real weight loss takes much longer and has better results then starvation does. God bless! ~annie
