I know if I had it I would not feel cheated, who cares what people did to look amazing different things work for different people. My 23 year old sister and I always joke that when we get famous were going to get it, were just joking.(about the liposuction part). But it is fun to joke about. Thats cool that your friend got such a good deal and is happy!

If you loose it by yourself you gain not only a healthier body but some sort of self pride. I dont want any doctor sticking a tube in my body so he can suck out my fat..ewww
