Can ani1 tell me what the south beach diet is? it is confusing me.
Reply from JS, Age 12 - 06/20/04 - IP#: 148.167.126.xxx its low carb. low carb dieting does seem to work, but its unhealthy, and you have to be able to manage to eat about 20 carbs a day for 2 weeks.
