my friend and i want to lose 30 pounds this summer...if we eat scrambeld egg/eggwhite and 1/2 banana...yougurt and strawberries, whole wheat toast for lunch for lunch...and grilled chciken for dinner??? will we be able to lose 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months??reply asap...we starting tomaroww...we will be burning over 2500 caloreis a day....we have 2 1/2 monthes

Plus what about if you go to someone else's house or have a party or you go on vacation or something and they don't have that stuff to eat? You should have a back-up plan of what to do in case you can't have that...and maybe come up with some other stuff so you're not eating the same thing EVERY day!!! *Ray*Ray*
