I eat 400 calories for breakfast ( usually cereal, yogurt, banana, 2 hardboiled eggs and cantaloupe) For lunch (200 calories) I eat a sandwich with turkey or roast beef no mayo or mustard) For my first snack(300 calories) I eat a low carb slimfast meal bar and a banana (or another fruit) For my second snack (300 calories) I eat a salad with olive oil dressing and avocadoes and two pieces of bread. For dinner(500 calories) I have grilled chicken with pasta and a small salad or something else grilled with grilled veggies. Also when I play tennis I have this energy drink, its almost all sugar and its 400 calories. Its sorta like condensed gatorade, its the only way I can function properly for 3 hours in the sun lol. Thats all. I know its a lot but it worked very well last year. I lost about 25 lbs in less than a month last summer. But I didnt eat as much. But then I stopped exercizing as much and started bingeing on candy and other bad stuff. This time I'm not gonna make the same mistake.
