Hey you guys, My diet is goin great I have lots of energy, and i have a feeling that im gonna lose this last bit of weight in a snap. Since i joined this site ive lost 50 lbs and LOOK and FEEL like a brand new guy. You guys (and girls) here have helped me out alot i really do believe without everyones support here i never would of been able to lose this weight. when i started here i was at 235 and now im 185 (my goal is to get to 160) you guys gave me the support i needed and without you guys i would prob be 285 now so thanx i couldnt of done it without you....YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!

it prob took about 5 months...it was hard (i did it with slim fast) but in the end its all worth it, my family has a problem with getting fat around my age and i finally stopped the tradition thank god lol
