hi everyone. how can i stop PIGGING OUT?? it\s like i dont have control over myself anymore. i just pigged out and feel terrible..i've been like this for the last 2-3 years. i can't control what i eat anymore. anyone suceeded into losing weight, how do u control what u eat? please give me some advice. thank you.

one thing that helps to measure a serving is baby food cans. any one item you eat cant be bigger than a large(stage 3) baby food can. so, if your having chicken, eat about a palmful, and mashed potatoes can be meausred in the contianer, and so can any other HEALTHY foods. for non healthy items, get a SMALL can of baby food(stage 1) and use that to meausre how much sweets you can have in a day.

well, what you need to do is introduce new foods into your diet, that way you can try to get rid of old habits... they are usually foods that you are used to that you will binge on... so you can try to swap those foods for different ones... they dont have to be all low fat, and healthy...(though that would be the best choice) but if you just swap foods around... you will most likely end up eating less, especially if they are low fat, well balanced, healthy foods...

Ask anyone whos lost weight and theyll tell u its no easy task to control cravings...doctors say it takes up to a month at least to get rid of any habit......so for awhile on your diet youll prob have cravings alot and the longe ryour on it the more less and less youll have the cravings until u can control them all together
