I am going to drink nothing but water today....and then for my diet i am going to drink water all day long, eat not fat stuff, eat fruits and veggies, and meat sometimes, liek evry other day, and exercise, starting my walking on the tredmil 3x a day for 10 minutes each....i have to go on this diet...i need to lose weight....and now when i get bored, im gonna grab a bottle of water and find something to do, like walk on the tredmil!

if you eat meat every other day, your not going to get the protien you need, becuase your not substituting it with a different source of protien.

ok u could so that but there's a catch: if u start eating regularly like 2-3 meals a day, all that weightloss would be useless. u'll gain all the weight back and maybe more. just be careful! ~annie

at least 3 cups of milk a day or get a calcium supplement cuz u need the calcium exspecially girls in these teen years my mom says that and told my doctor and my doctor said i should drink more cuz my mom told the doctor i dont drink milk and I havent since and i think if i drank more i would loose weight a little better. so drink milk or get calcium in u some how
