I started my diet today...so far i have eaten cereal,2 pieces of whole wheat bread, rice krispe treat and 1 ginger snap cookie...is this to much for breakfast and lunch......i think i ate to much...to be able to lose wight

split the rice krispie treat in half, and ditch the cookie, and your good!
