and is this to much/less exersize...30 min streaching/arobics...1 1/2 hours or swim practice(very intense)...20 min jog in the woods...2 1/2 hours of free swim...1 hour of biking/rollar blading...45 min of dancing...every day all summer?????????

try giving yourself a day off each week. that's fine though if that's your typical day. epople need to be more active like that. but make sure you're not working yourself too hard ok?

sounds like a very good amount of exercise and if you are loosing weight i would keep at it
