hi guys...just wanted to share that I lost 3lbs at weigh in yesterday for a grand total of 44.5lbs!!! still got a long way to go but am now definitely over half way and am now `overweight` in bmi instead of `obese`!!!anyway just wanted 2 let u all kno that it can be done...if I can do it believe me anyone can. u just need to find a program right for u....weightwatchers rules by the way xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
