ok- you guys realize that the type of calcium in the cows milk is the type that opur bodies barely absorb? yep- you should really be trying to get your calcium from greens like broccli. your bopdy will absorb more calcium and less calories. just though i'd share...

yes- but you don't absorb it into your body- then again, i'm not sure for soy. i don't need more calcium- especially from any type of milk. yuck- i get plenty of milk-calcium from my slimfast- it actually has MORE calcium then 8 oz. of milk. 8 oz. milk has 30% where as a can of slimfast had 40%...
