Hi guys my name is Janet im 5'8 and i weigh 179 pounds i exercise every other day and i try to eat healthy and eat small portions for snacks instead of chips i eat fruit salads or any kind of fruit but i still cant lose the weight off my thiegs and i have a little on mmy stomach. Do you know how i can lose that fat on my thieghs and stomach?

Congrats on eating healthy! Try pilates, it works wonders. I've lost 5-1/2" on my body in ten days doing it three times a week.

Try walking or doing a fat burning tape!
