hey every1 tommorow ima start and ima go on a 1,200 cal. diet ima eat fruits n veggies and start to eat healthy and ima exercise like 3 hours a day and split it up and im going to record everything for like breakfast ima eat a bowl of cereal with milk and like a fruit ex: banana or peaches or eggs and sausage..or bacon low in cal...Lunch- sandwitch..or..soup..fruit...Dinner- Salad...or..Soup or sumthn low in cal. with fruit n veggies and lots of water.. and diet drinks.. and in between have snacks but no junk food snacks... healthy stuff and low in cal. tEll me wat u think if u know my situation... from that long post on teh other board.. PLZ reply!!~!!

u got to watch what kind of sanwhch u have, and maybe a little more protein at supper
