Hey! Is this a good diet plan for today? BREAKFAST- a bowl of honeynut cheerios SNACK-a few strawberries and grapes LUNCH- a sandwich or something else SNACK- An apple DINNER- something healthy

it sounds prettyy good tho u could reduce your calorie intake by at least 100 if u ate some non-sugar/frosted cereal like special k or corn flakes but otherwise it sounds really good

yeah they sound like pretty good meals for a day! How much are you trying to lose or what is your goal should I say?
