hey, thanx ashley. I think that will help me a lot. I really hope that it does work. I have wanted 2 lose weight 4 so long. Whenever I start a diet, it only lasts about 2 days and then I go on being a pig. I do have a very low self-esteem. Hopefully listening 2 what u said will help me. I will keep what u said in mind when I think about eating a bunch of junkfood. Sometimes I just go crazy and eat all that I can find. I've figued out now that it HAS 2 STOP.
