Hey, guys! I've been considering buying Winsor Pilates tapes. The success stories are really inspirational. Have any of you tried the workouts? What were your results? Also, are they available in stores, or do I have to buy them online? Thanks! ~~MissyK~~

ive done the workout i have it its fun and it takes a lot of stomach control you'll be on the 2 tape for a while but youll have fun

hey.. i have the winsor pilates tapes and i love them i have really toned up and lost inches from them they are great i totally reccomend them...
