I'm really going through it right now and I don't know what to do..Ok I lost about 30 pounds last summer and I still wasn't satisfied because I still look and feel the same.So I started trying to find different diets and exercises to do that could help me lose more weight but instead it feels like I'm starting to gain the weight back!I'm just losing hope and because of it I'm starting to binge really bad i'm never full anymore I can sit up and it a whole pizza if I let myself..and I don't know how to control my hungry anymore...Can someone please help me!

I was really determined to lose weight so I went on the atkins diet and I walked for 2 hours,I did 30 mintues of aerobics,and I did 100 push-ups and sit ups aday..and that's how I lost it..but now my body is getting use to the diet and the exercise so it's not working anymore and I'm getting tired of the same stuff everyday .

Um...If you want you can e mail me PainFilledEyes21@aol.com I could maybe talk to you and stuff..like IM you or something and I can be here when you feel like your going to binge..I hate it when I binge..Good luck..say this to yourself "I am strong beautiful and thin " and just tell yourself If I'm not hungry then I don't even want it.
