Ok, here goes. I was 170 but then I started to jog so now i've lost like 15 lbs. But I think I still look the same. I would really like to get down to at least 135 by summers end, hopefully get a little slimmer, but sometimes the weather is bad so I can't go outside. Any suggestions on indoor exercises??

oh and maybe you havent noticed because you are stil wearing the same clothes you did? try getting into a smaller size now that you are smaller then youre BOUND to notice some.

i agree, any sort of aerobic tapes are a fun indoor activity

You should get winsor pilates, I don't have it, but it is guarenteed to work, and it looks awesome!
