how can i lose 5 pounds with just eating right and not buying excercise taypeswhat should my meals be and how are some ways of flattig the stomach afterword?
Reply from JS, Age 12 - 06/28/04 - IP#: 148.167.126.xxx i suggest starting with a goal of buring 200 cal a day, and working up as high as yuo can go( make your goal to try to lose 50 extra caloires each week) like, week1: 200 cal a day week2:250 cal a day week 3: 300 cal a day, and so on.

The try to do 4 sets of 25 crunches a day and jump rope it helps ur legs a lot. Maybe walk and then slowly pick up the pace to speed walk then to jogging and then once u are good at jogging and its easy go to running. Well that will help u loose 5 pounds in prolly like 2-3 weeks and u may loose more then that.
