I use Stonybruidge fat free vanilla yougurt with a serving of frozen rasberries mixed in (it tastes just like frozen yougurt) having yougurt in the morning is especailly good if your watching your carb intake becasue if your on a limit like me, this gives you about 36 carbohydraes per serving which leaves you to little carb eating later at ngiht. Either way this sounds like a great breakfast if you get at least 2 servings and watching the calories and carbohydrates. If you would like a food plan that I'm using for myself that includes fat free yougurt for breakfast and things such as salads, soy burgers, tuna, cereal, skim (fat free) milk, salmon and other types of foods along those lines please let me know! you can email me at xxbebebrunettexx@yahoo.com...thanks! good luck
Reply from Jesse, Age 13 - 06/29/04 - IP#: 216.175.30.xxx It works for me! If you're still hungry, eat some extra fruit or a small glass of milk. Treat yourself sometimes to what you like for breakfast.
