If i eat 1,200 calories a day, 40 grams of fat, 115 carbs and at least 100 grams protien a day plus exercise can I lose alot of weight by august 2nd?

altyhough in many health articles it says 20-30grams for healthy weight loss i suppose 40 grams is ok as long as there isn't much saturated ot trans fat

if you have less fat your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every gram of fat you put into your body instead of burning it off
