Does this diet plan sound ok- I will be having 1,200 calories with 20 grams fat, 125 carbohydrates and at least 45 grams protein daily...this food plan is a daratic change to the carbo queen I am (if you know how many carbs I should be getting with this diet to lose weight please let me know) but does this diet sound like a good plan or should i revise the grams to lose weight faster?
