I have done really well today and I feel really proud of myself this is whut I ate................cuz i had 2 pieces wheat toast with butter a fruit bagel with plain cream cheese an orange juice like one bite of chocolate cookie like a ton of pringles. I also had like 4-5 glasses of water and will still drink more tonight. For excercise I jump roped a little did 4 sets of 25 crunches and had basketball practice from 515-630 and that is all plus drinkin mor ewater today and maybe more crunches and push ups or something like that. I had whole wheat toast with cream cheese for breakfast, a peach and 2 nectarines for snacks, sushi and 20 Mcdonald's fries for lunch, and 2 chicken thighs for dinner. For exercise, I walked about 30 minutes and tonight I'm going to do 100 crunches. ~~MissyK~~
