I am on a 1,200 calorie diet and ride my bike 2 miles, swim for about an hour and do a 30 minute exercise video each day. I really need to shape up fast and I am eating healthy foods. The only thing is I heard that if you only have 1,200 calories AND exericse that you should eat more. The thing is I really don't want to eat more, do I have to? please help...thanks!
