I am on a 1,200 calorie diet and ride my bike 2 miles, swim for about an hour and do a 30 minute exercise video each day. I really need to shape up fast and I am eating healthy foods. The only thing is I heard that if you only have 1,200 calories AND exericse that you should eat more. The thing is I really don't want to eat more, do I have to? please help...thanks!

with all that wrok out you lose a lot of cals you need to eat 1200 a day so when you lose 1300 cals you need to eat 100 more cals to lose the weight

im 5'5 and around 180 lbs...most of the weight is in my stomach and thighs. Im so used to having at least 2,000-maybe even 2,500 calories a day im afriad with this dramtic overnight change from eating that much to 1,200 plus exericse my body might go into starvation mode

i think your diet is fine for your activity level.
