i eat around 1200 calories a day and burn 3200 so every day im losing 2000 calories is that good or bad???

try not to workout so much. overexersizing causes stress on the heart and joints.

thats bad you need the 1200 cals your loseig them work out the 3200 but make sure you keep the 1200cals in you

i'm not sure, but too much exercise is harmful- IF u do way too much like 11 hours which LIsa u did. start off with something easy like 1 hour and do no more than 2 hours a day!
