Well seeing as some of the activities are basic everyday lifesyle stuff those are perfectly fine. i guess seeing as you are in swim team and stuff u are prettyt athletic so i think it is alright tho u might want to up your calorie intake. Good luck!

just make sure you eat the calories back if you lose the 1200 calories you eat thats all you food and your starvibg make sure you keep your 1200 cals

we practice for 2 hour and 15 min...then i swim and play shaek for another 1 or so

i do a lot of swimming everyday....i like to run with my friends...then i rollarbaled and bike with my nieghbors..i dance..do sum puch ups and sit ups i don;t think im over exersizing....

how come they make u practice 3 hours a day? i used to swim and i was pretty good and i only had to practice 1 hour

well i get ur point but va 3000 calories a day is way too much and like ppl said they're is such thing as OVER EXERCISING. so just don't go crazy and cardplayin isn't exactly exercise since ur not moving ur whole body

OMG!!! You must be like, super woman or something. Seriosly, you are the most active person that I know!! I guess every exercise that you do is helpful, but I think there IS a such a thing as too much exercise. Somewhere I heard that if you do certain things regularly every day, your body gets used to it and dosen't burn as much calories as it would if you spanned out certain exercises over a period of time, such as a week.(eg. Running, swimming every monday bicycling, walking every wendsday, something in between..) Hopefully you get my point!!! Good job so far, how much weight have you lost?? Don't kill yourself over exercising too much, but let me know how it goes... I be interested from hearing from you.

ok 11 hours is way too much exercise! what the hell r u trying to do give urself a homemade heart attacK? ur crazy! if u keep that up, u'll die! that average person does about 1 hour of exercise and looses more weight faster then someone who does 11 hours! ur gonna gain a lot of muscle and won't lose any weight. hey but muscle burns 30x more fat but LISA listen to me, i'm 14, 5'2 114 pounds and i exercsie about 1 hour a day and lose about 3 pounds a week on average but ur gonna gain muscle and if u eat half what u exercise, ur gonna really harm urself. and if ur trying to burn a pound of fat off-which is 3500 calories- ur not honey- ur burning water- techically so don't over do it. really ur harming urself and don't tell me what to tell u b/c i think about everyone will agree that its way too much exercise!
