ok everyone whut i daily ate today..........breakfast=2 pieces wheat toast with peanut butter on it, snack=2 fruit snacks, lunch=1 hotdog on a wheat bun with nothin else and a slimfast, snack=a few sips of diet pepsi, dinner=a bean burrito with water and carrots............ For excercise I did 4 sets oof 25 crunches each, 40 leg lifts each leg 20 both legs together, went on a walk(not sure how far but i felt it in my legs),went out ran back and forth on my driveway and dribbled a basketball around and practiced dribbling the basketball. That is everything I did today and ate I guess the food could of been better I ate 2 much and shouldnt of had sips of pop or the fruit snacks and then it would be ok but i guess I did enough excercise for today and may end up doing a lil more like maybe some more toning excersiese or jump roping. Well good luck to everyone. And hope ur weight comes off for when u want it to.

fix that i had another burrito and some cheesecake god i am fat as hell i dont feel as confident any more
